Our refund & warranty policy

At Pepper’s Parties, we stand behind the products we carry by supporting the manufacturer’s warranty for each item. Every brand publishes its own warranty details, and we’ve included links so you can review them directly. If you need help with a claim, we’ll assist by providing your purchase information to the manufacturer. The process is easiest if you created an account when ordering, but even if you didn’t, we’ll still work with you to support your claim.

What happens if something goes wrong with my toy?

We always honor the manufacturer’s warranty. Each product has its own policy, which you can find right on the manufacturer’s website. That way, you’re covered exactly as the brand intended.

Do I need to keep my receipt?

If you created an account when you checked out, we’ve already got your purchase details on file. When it’s time to file a claim, we can provide all of the sale information directly to the manufacturer to assist with your warranty claim.

What if I didn’t make an account?

We can still support your warranty claim. It just may take a little more effort to verify the order information, but we’ll do what we can to help the manufacturer process your claim smoothly.

So you don’t do refunds?

Any refunds are handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Our role is to help you connect with the right resources and provide the information needed to move your claim forward.

Start a warranty claim

Use the Start Warranty form on the catalog’s policy page. You will be redirected to manufacturer warranty links so you can review coverage and file your claim while we look up your purchase.

Each manufacturer outlines exactly what’s covered and how long the coverage lasts. They typically have a page where you can directly make your warranty claim as well.
